REFUND POLICY

i. “Company” refers to Detasec Technologies Private Limited. ii. “Service” refers to ‘GetSecured’ (‘Software’) of the Company and the associated services on these Websites on a Software as a Service basis (“SAAS”). iii. “Subscription” means a request by You to purchase the Software from us. iv. “Subscription Charges” means that by signing up with us for the Service that is provided on a subscription basis, You are authorizes us to charge Your credit/ debit card each month until a service cancellation request is submitted v. “Websites” refers to getsecured.ai, accessible from https://getsecured.ai and https://app.getsecured.ai . vi. “You” or “Your” means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the Company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.

The amount charged for the Service will not exceed the price shown on the Websites (unless revised from time to time at the Company’s sole discretion) and inside Your billing page. Any add-ons purchased, will be charged and reflected in the billing page inside Your dashboard.

Subscription Cancellation Rights

We do not offer any refunds once the payment has been made for subscriptions. The deadline for cancelling a subscription is one day from the date the subscription is to get renewed. For example, if subscription is due for renewal from the 25th of a calendar month a request for cancellation shall be placed no later than the 24th of a calendar month by 11:59 pm. In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform us of the same by means of a clear statement, either by sending a mail at support@getsecured.ai; or by fulfilling the requirements under option ‘Cancel’ visible in the dashboard.

Conditions for Refunds

In order for the Subscription to be eligible for a refund, the Service must be non-functional, and the features of the Service offered by the Company shall not be working in the manner it is required to. In such a case, You have a period of seven (7) days to send us a request explaining to us the feature/s paid for, but is/are non-functional. We reserve the right to refuse a request for refund of a transaction that does not satisfy the above mentioned conditions.
